Neckebard, his suprisingly capable wife Susan, their suspiciously black son Cyrus Jr. a.k.a. "Waffles," their mouth-breathing daughter Sarah Jane, and Baby.
  • The Freelance Astronauts also took a crack at the game, the tone of which was set when they attempted to ford the first river crossing and Maxwell managed to drown in just under four feet of water.
  • That Guy With The Glasses reviewers Paw Dugan and Pushing Up Roses did a two part Let's Play of the game using their TGWTG site coworkers as party members. In the end everyone but Paw died because of broken limbs.
  • Another That Guy With The Glasses reviewer LordKat also did a Let's Play on his live stream. Like Paw and Rosie, he used members of the site as members of the party but only one (RolloT, who was first the party member to die in Paw's LP) died before reaching their final destination.
  • Justin.tv caster MonotoneTim also regularly does runs of the Windows version of Oregon Trail, with varying degrees of success. He's less worried about actually reaching Oregon at all since he focuses on getting as many points as possible to beat Stephen Meek's score of 7,650. He eventually pulled it off.
