Norb wants to be left alone so he can put together his "Last Year's Model" model. Dag takes it personally, and storms out of the dam, and sets up a party in a tree with a bunch of friends. Norb eventually gets curious and tries to spy on the party, but his attempts keep getting foiled by Dag. At the end, Norb discovers there is no party, and Dag was was just trying to get back at him for telling him to leave him alone.
