Teen Titans (animation)/Recap/S2/E03 Terra

The Titans meet a young but powerful girl named Terra, who has much potential as a Titan. However, Slade appears to have plans for her as well.

Tropes:

• Break Them by Talking: What Slade does to Terra during their battle.
• Mugging the Monster: The giant scorpion attacking Terra.
• Poor Communication Kills: Robin deduces Terra's secret on his own and brings it up in front of her. Unfortunately this causes her to think that Beast Boy betrayed her and she leaves the team before either Beast Boy or Robin could explain. Had this not happened, Terra would not have ended up with Slade.
