Power Rangers Wild Force/Characters
Our Heroes
Cole Evans / Red Lion Ranger | (Actor: Rick Medina)
- Friend to All Living Things
- The Hero
- Hurting Hero: He grew up in the jungle, knowing nothing about where he came from. As a Ranger, he later learns his parents are presumed dead. He then learns they are dead and were killed by their friend, Dr. Adler (who became Master Org). Cole demonstrates considerable restraint in not killing Adler when he had the chance.
- Large Ham: He stands out with his overly serious lines during the Red Ranger Reunion episode, in stark contrast with his predecessors' more relaxed deliveries. Even Carter was more laidback in comparison.
- Law of Chromatic Superiority: Now who got a Battlizer, a second Cool Bike, and the chance to go on a mission with nine other Red Rangers?
- Nature Hero
- Parental Abandonment
- Raised by Natives
- Rookie Red Ranger: One of the more complained about examples, since despite his lack of experience, he was immediately made the team leader just because he was the Red Ranger.
- Ship Tease: With Alyssa. The original ending for the finale had the two of them married.
- Shirtless Scene: And damn is the guy ripped.
- Sleeves Are for Wimps
- Speaks Fluent Animal
- Wolverine Claws
- You Killed My Father
Taylor Earhardt / Yellow Eagle Ranger | (Actress: Alyson Kiperman)
- Ace Pilot
- Action Girl
- Cool Sword
- Crossover Ship Tease: In-Universe, with Eric during the team-up episode.
- Good-Looking Privates
- The Lancer
- Meaningful Name
- Military Brat
- She's a Man In Japan: Along with some other Yellow Rangers in the franchise - in her case, her counterpart is male Air Force AWOL Gaku Washio. She is, so far, the last one.
- Shipper on Deck: Is the first one to point out the tension between Princess Shayla and Merrick.
- Then ends up on the other side of this with Eric in "Reinforcements From The Future."
- Tomboy and Girly Girl: Tomboy to Shayla's Girly Girl.
- Tsundere: Watch the crossover with Eric from Time Force "Reinforcements from the Future" and you'll understand.
Max Cooper / Blue Shark Ranger | (Actor: Phillip Jeanmarie)
- Black Best Friend
- Blade Below the Shoulder
- Cassandra Truth: His calls of a monster sighting were dismissed by his partners as childish imagination.
- Dawson Casting: Max is supposed to be a lot younger than the others, but he ends up looking the same age.
- Dreaming of Things to Come: He got his second Zord this way.
- Heterosexual Life Partners: With Danny.
- Kid Appeal Character: Has some elements of one.
Danny Delgado / Black Bison Ranger | (Actor: Jack Guzman)

- The Big Guy
- Genius Bruiser
- Heterosexual Life Partners: With Max.

Alyssa Enrilé / White Tiger Ranger | (Actress: Jessica Rey)
- Action Girl
- Badass Bookworm
- Barehanded Blade Block: Done once.
- Brainy Brunette
- The Chick
- Cute Bruiser
- Hot Teacher: In the finale.

- Ship Tease: With Cole.

- Really 700 Years Old
- Sixth Ranger
- Skunk Stripe: He has two white locks on his otherwise dark hair.
- Spider Sense: With the help of the wind, he is able to sense the presence of nearby Orgs. This proves especially useful while fighting Onikage, who tries to hide from sight during some attacks.
- Star-Crossed Lovers: With Shayla, in the past.
- The Stoic
- Tall, Dark and Snarky
- Wolf Man
Their Friends
Princess Shayla | (Actor: Ann Marie Crouch)

Their Enemies
Master Org | (Actor: Ilia Volok)
- Big Bad
- The Chessmaster

- From Nobody to Nightmare: This sets him apart from most PR Big Bads.
- Green-Eyed Monster: His motivation to kill Cole's parents.
- Large Ham
- Ham-to-Ham Combat: Whenever he and Cole meet.
- Mad Scientist
- Mythology Gag: Master Org looks similar to the main villain from Gosei Sentai Dairanger, who had to be written out of the second season of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. This was apparently intentional.
- One-Winged Angel: In the end, absorbs the Org Heart and transforms into a near unstoppable behemoth who singlehandedly kills all the Wild Zords and nearly wins. The only thing that stops him is wall the Wild Zords coming Back from the Dead.
- Orcus on His Throne: Justified at first because he's truly only human at the beginning and wouldn't be much of a threat himself. Then he goes One-Winged Angel...
- Was Once a Man: Early on, subverted; but then the real Master Org came and took over Adler fully.

- Redemption Earns Life
- Unknown Rival: To Taylor.
Toxica | (Actress: Sin Wong)

She later learns that horns don't grow back, yet still pledges loyalty to her master, obsessed with his approval. Then her efforts are dismissed as Mandilok uses her to shield himself from the rangers' attack.
