Pleasantville/Awesome

• A bunch of B&W kids star hassling a technicolor Betty. David/Bud fights them off. What's impressive is that, not only does the normally geeky David successfully fight off three kids whom are twice his size, but he changes into Technicolor.
  • I liked how he does it even though he knows she's not really his mother - or even fully real. He's protecting a friend. If he can do it in a show, he can do it in real life.
• The Mural Scene. This was not too long after Big Bob banned the use of Technicolor as paint colors and in retaliation for destroying Bill Johnson's Malt Shop. They paint a mural as a representation of the changing Pleasantville, which they did for the sole purpose of ticking off Big Bob and the citizens that follow him.
