- Justified: Alice has a short temper.
- Alternatively, Alice can't bear being ignored.
- Inverted: Alice is mute.
- Alice talks to quiet to hear.
- Subverted: We see Alice yelling, and Bob says she does that all the time. But he see that she does not yell all the time.
- Double Subverted: However, it turns out Bob was Right, that time she was quiet was an exception
- Zig Zagged: One minute, Alice is quiet, but the next she's yelling.
- Deconstructed: ???
- Lampshaded: "She's always shouting...does she even have an indoor voice?"
- Averted: Alice talks with a normal voice.
