Mabaka - Magic is for Idiots!/Trivia

• Mabaka! by itself is a portmanteau of the Japanese translation of "Magic is for idiots".
• Rokuro's appearance and personality went through six different changes before the story began. (A twelve-year-old version of himself with freckles and no hair spikes at the nape of his neck was almost chosen instead.)
• A single chapter release called Reversi was published on deviantART on April 28th, featuring what would have happened if it were Akemi who switched dimensions instead.
