Love in the Forest
Love in the Forest is a Pokémon Fanfic, written by Starri Wanderer. Ash and Misty are travelling through the woods one day, hungry, tired, and lost. The two soon decide to address their Belligerent Sexual Tension by, as Misty puts it, "seduc[ing] and mak[ing] love to [each other]." What follows is seven pages of laughably bad sex. Oh, and a surprise appearance from Pikachu.
Let's be honest, you're probably familiar with this story because of Wha-Chow! reading it. And why not? Aside from it being one of the most famous moments they've ever had, partway through, they decide to replace Ash and Misty with Yami Yugi and Jaden Yuki, respectively. Later, they replaced those characters with guest-star Doug Walker and ShadyVox.
Tropes used in Love in the Forest include:
- Absentee Actor: Brock and Pikachu are in some other town while Ash and Misty are in the forest. But they come back.
- But You Screw One Goat!: Ash admits to practicing kissing with his Lickitung at one point.
- Covert Pervert: Brock, who eavesdrops on Ash and Misty's coitus, is revealed to be sexually attracted to Misty as well.
- The Immodest Orgasm: Thanks to Pikachu.
- IKEA Erotica: The sex rivals My Inner Life in sheer fail. It has poor spelling, slow pacing, and Narm like you wouldn't believe.
- Unusual Euphemism: Rife with them. In particular, Ash's erection is described as being "like a missile ready for launch."
- What Do You Mean It's Not Awesome?: The pair's simultaneous orgasm is described as being the greatest the world had ever seen.
Tropes used in "Wha-Chow!"'s Dramatic Reading include:
- Corpsing: Martin and Shady, the voices of Yami and Jaden in the reading, have a lot of trouble with lines like "I always thought that you never wore a bra, [Jaden]!"
- Something Completely Different: Ash and Misty are replaced with Jaden and Yami Yugi, and then replaced with Doug Walker and ShadyVox.
- Tempting Fate: Martin, aka Little Kuriboh, manages to predict Ash admitting that he kissed a Pokemon.
