Large Bagel is a Web Comic and Fanime by Nyan-chan.

Both stories follow Pinisu-chan, a human sized anthropomorphic bagel, and her human friends as they protect the world from a vaguely defined threat using their vaguely defined Magical Girl abilities. Along the way, they tackle with everyday issues that teenagers face in their home country of Glorious Nippon.

Similar to Neko Sugar Girls, only a bit more coherent, better drawn, and more self aware.

Tropes used in Large Bagel include:

• A Date with Rosie Palms: Oshikko. Manko-chan walks in on her and... thinks she has a yeast infection.
• Animation Bump: The art goes from being MS Paint doodles in the webcomic to cleanly animated flash doodles. Also happens in the show with the opening being traditionally animated and the rest being in Flash.
• Animesque
• Anime Theme Song: Sakura Saori's "Kiss My Lips" for the opening and Miku Hatsune's "Puzzle" for the ending.
• Art Evolution: The comic's art starts getting more coherent and cleaner as it progresses.
• Art Shift: Scenes will occasionally shift from Flash animation to slideshow version of panels from the webcomic in the show.
• Berserk Button: Don't call Pinisu-chan a doughnut.
• Bilingual Bonus: A lot of the characters' names are things no sane person in any country would want to name their kids. "Manko" = "Cunt", "Pai Pai" = "Boobs", "Onani" = "Masturbate", "Oshikko" = "to pee". Pinisu is an Engrishization of "penis".

• Info Dump: Near the end of Chapter 1 and Episode 1 that explains where Pinisu-chan comes from and her powers.
• Kaleidoscope Eyes: Manko-chan's eyes supposedly turn red when she's angry. They also change colors (including a rainbow gradient at one point) from scene to scene in the show.
• Meganekko: Fumi-sensei.
• Ms. Fanservice: Manko-chan.
• No Periods, Period: Averted, for whatever reason. Apparently giant bagels get periods.
• Parental Abandonment: Onani-chan lives with Pinisu-chan because her parents forgot her at a supermarket.
• Stealth Parody: Not even stealth really. People still take it seriously.
