Hideto Matsumoto/Nightmare Fuel
- In Real Life, how he transformed from a relatively normal (if bullied for being overweight and isolated) child to the addicted, bipolar, bulimic psychiatric trainwreck he was alleged to be at the point of his death along *with* a meteoric rise to success and yet for the most part not reveal his actual problems until he died is as high octane as Nightmare Fuel gets.
- How he died, if you put too much thought into it, and this is not even considering anything but the official story (which is very much debatable). Think of the worst time you ever got drunk (or if you've never drank or drank to that excess, some time that you had very little memory of what happened: out from surgery recovery, deeply asleep, whatever.). You decide to do something to make yourself feel a little better, not exactly thinking it through, and then you're not thinking again, you're passed out... and you don't ever wake up again. (Small PSA here: This is why if you tend to drink to excess or have drank to excess to where you are passing out and/or you have consumed anything else/are in any other kind of state that you are unaware of your own actions, you need to have someone trustworthy and responsible who can call Emergency Services watching you until things are better. /end PSA)
- For some, the video to Electric Cucumber would be such.
