Exactly What It Says on the Tin: Take Funk Rock, replace the rock with Heavy Metal, turn up the amps and rock out. Emerged in The Eighties and became really popular in The Nineties. Can frequently overlap with Rap Metal, Rap Rock or Alternative Metal.
