• Base Breaker: The biggest (and pretty much the only) thing that divides readers is over which Wood brother your prefer. Though not necessarily the one you'd prefer Rose to be with
• Complete Monster: Ash, Elliot, Isaac, Violet, Jewel...the list goes on and on. Violet's candidacy for this trope is undisputed, the same usually applies to Isaac, Elliot and Jewel too. Ash gets a bit more sympathy though.
• Crack Pairing: Lily/James has become a sort of car crash crackship, if only because they're disturbingly similar.
• Crazy Awesome: Constance
• Designated Hero: One could feel this way about Rose…
• Ensemble Darkhorse: Lewis. He gets a lot of woobie points (especially over Lily/Lewis) but overall he's very well liked.
  • Arianna. She also gets a lot of woobie points.
    • Ben, mostly for his snarking and comic relief. Not necessarily with Rose, though
      • CONSTANCE.
• The Eeyore: Rose, at first. Kind of…
• Evil Is Sexy: Violet
• Fan-Preferred Couple: The fanbase is pretty evenly divided over James/Rose and Ben/Rose. At least the few James/Rose fans are a bit more vocal about it.
• Jerkass Woobie: Ben.
• Magnificent Bitch: Violet
• Ship Mates: Ben/Rose and James/Minerva.
