The main character is seperated from his twin sister early in his life, then he ends up living with her again in high school.

The story takes place in an authoritarian future dystopia, where omnipresent public sensors continuously scan the Psycho-Pass of every citizen in range. The sensors measure mental state, personality, and the probability that the citizen will commit crimes, alerting authorities when someone exceeds accepted norms. To enforce order, the officers of the Public Safety Bureau carry hand weapons called Dominators.[1]
The story follows Akane Tsunemori, Shinya Kogami, and other members of Unit One of the Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Division. As grisly but familiar murders are investigated, they discover a conspiracy to take down the Cybil System.

After taking in a stray cat, the main character is kicked out of his school's dorms and into the Sakura Hall for problem students. There he meets a girl with no common sense, but amazing art skills, and starts to take care of her.

A girl who's never had friends or a boyfriend suddenly gains the interest of the most popular boy in the school.
Tonari no Kaibutsu Kun
A girl who's only interested in getting good grades gains the affection of a delinquent boy after he decides that they must be friends because she delivered print-outs to him.
Zetsuen No Tempest (Isolated Tempest)
The main character is looking for his friend, who has gone missing after making a deal with a witch to hunt down his family's killers.
