Zlatoutovsk
Zlatoutovsk (Russian: Златоустовск) is a rural locality (a settlement) and the administrative center of Zlatoutovsky Selsoviet of Selemdzhinsky District, Amur Oblast, Russia. The population was 651 as of 2018.[2] There are 17 streets.

The village is located 45 km east from Ekimchan and 200 km from the nearest railway station (Fevralsk).
