Yusuf Kamil Pasha
Yusuf Kamil Pasha (1808, Arapgir – 1876, Constantinople) was an Ottoman statesman. He was Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire from 5 January 1863 until 1 June 1863 during the reign of Abdulaziz. He admired and was interested in Western culture.[1]
In this Ottoman Turkish style name, Yusuf Kamil is the given name, the title is Pasha, and there is no family name.
