Licensed to Lakeland, Florida, United States, the station is owned by Hall Communications, Inc.[1] The station was first licensed, on June 12, 1936, as WLAK, formerly became an NBC News Radio network affiliate throughout the 1960s, and the call letters were changed to WQPD on December 1, 1971.
