Vehicle registration plates of the United States for 2007
Each of the 50 states of the United States of America plus several of its territories and the District of Columbia issued individual passenger license plates for 2007.[1][2][3][4]

Kansas | Around April 2007, Kansas started issuing a new license plate design as they were reaching the end of the "ABC 123" series of plates. The background was changed to a light blue gradient with the state seal in white, and the embossed serial was reversed and changed from black to dark blue.
