The Noise Made by People is the debut studio album by British indie electronic band Broadcast. It was released on 20 March 2000 by Warp to critical acclaim.[2]

Pitchfork placed The Noise Made by People at No. 177 on its list of "The Top 200 Albums of the 2000s".[12] The album's first single "Echo's Answer", was released in 1999 and featured at No. 178 on Pitchfork's list of "The Top 200 Tracks of the 1990s".[13]
