Ted Failon

Mario Teodoro "Ted" Failon Etong (born March 29, 1962) is a Filipino radio and television broadcast journalist and former politician. On radio, he presents the news for Radyo Patrol Balita Alas-Siyete alongside Noli de Castro, and on his own program, Failon Ngayon sa TeleRadyo. On television, he co-presents the nightly news program TV Patrol and hosts his own investigative program Failon Ngayon. He also served as a representative of the 1st district of Leyte from 2001 to 2004.

In 2009, Failon was arrested on suspicion of murdering his wife.[1] In 2017, he was arrested and charged with libel.[2]
