Suresh Pujari

Suresh Pujari is an Indian politician. He was elected to the Lok Sabha, lower house of the Parliament of India from Bargarh, Odisha in the 2019 Indian general election as a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.[1][2][3]

Well known as a firebrand yet a sensible political leader, Suresh Pujari ( born 31 Dec. 1960 ) is a National Secretary of  Bhartiya Janata Party and represents the state of Odisha in the central committee of BJP chaired by National President Amit Shah. He served as the National Secretary of BJP from 2015 to the current date, as well as Prabhari of West Bengal BJP. He emerged as a student leader and lead many movements and Associated with many social and cultural organization. Hailing from Bargarh district, Pujari completed his college education from Gangadhar Meher College, Sambalpur, with physics as his subject both at the graduation and post graduation levels. As the president of the college union, he spearheaded a state-wide students’ agitation in 1980-81 and also led the peasants’ movement, many trade union movements and was associated with several social causes.
