Stanley Chang

Stanley Chang is a Democratic member of the Hawaii State Senate,[1] representing the 9th district. Before entering the legislature, he served as a Honolulu city councilman. He is best known for defeating Sam Slom, the last remaining Republican in the Hawaii State Senate in 2016.[2]
