Facilities

The station is unstaffed and has no ticket provision - all tickets must be purchased prior to travel or on the train. The main building that used to be located here has been demolished, though there are brick waiting shelters still standing on both platforms.[1] Train running information is offered via timetable posters, a help point on platform 1 and CIS screens. Step-free access is available to both platforms via the level crossing at the eastern end.[2]

Service

Monday to Saturdays, there is an hourly service to Sheffield westbound and Gainsborough Central eastbound, with a few extra trains calling at peak times. Three trains on a Saturday extend from Gainsborough to Cleethorpes via Brigg.[3] Evening and Sunday trains run to and from Lincoln Central rather than Gainsborough Central.

An hourly service operates in each direction on Sundays.
