Career

Over the course of 13 years between 2006 and 2019, Mcdougle had proposed approximately 487 bills and passed 58.3% of the bills in 2019.[3]

In 2011 McDougle was a leading critic of the Democrat run redistricting of legislative districts in Virginia that violated principles of respecting communities of interest and create districts that were often barely contiguous at all.[4]
