Parsabad

Parsabad (Persian: پارس‌آباد مغان, also Romanized as Pârsâbâd)[2], also known as Parsabad-Moghan, is a city in and the capital of Parsabad County, in Ardabil Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 81,782 in 17,638 families.[3] Parsabad is Iran's northernmost city. The people of this city speak Azerbaijani.
