Nabab LLB

Nabab LLB (Bengali: নবাব এলএলবি) is an upcoming Bangladeshi Bangla language feature film directed by Anonno Mamun and produced by Celebrity Production. The film stars Shakib Khan, and features Mahiya Mahi and Orchita Sporshia in supporting roles.[2]

Not to be confused with Nabab.

Production

Ananya Mamum announced the film on 15 March 2020 after he had written the screenplay and both Mahi and Orchita confirmed the signing for the film.[4][2][5] Shakib is playing the role of a lawyer.[3] Shakib acted a film named Nabab in 2017. Ananya Mamun vows that, this film is not a remake or sequel of previous one. Shakib is playing the role of a lawyer.[3] Bangla Tribune reported that Celebrity Productions set the initial budget at 1.5 crore BDT.[6]

Principal photography began on 28 March 2020, but was quickly halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Bangladesh.[7][8] The filming is scheduled to resume after situation becomes suitable.[9]

Publicity and release

On 17 March 2020, the official first look was released by Anonno Mamun via the film's Facebook page. The film was initially scheduled to be released in cinemas on Eid al-Fitr 2020, but has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[2]
