Mongkol Borei River

The Mongkol Borei River (Stoeng Mongkol Borei; Khmer: ស្ទឹងមង្គលបូរី) is a river in Mongkol Borei District in Banteay Meanchey Province in western Cambodia. It flows from the border of Chanthaburi Province in Thailand and runs through Mongkol Borei and neighbouring districts.[1] It is a major tributary of the Tonlé Sap.[2]

The Khmer Rouge destroyed a bridge which once crossed the river.
