Momčilo Cemović

Momčilo Cemović (Момчило Цемовић) (21 May 1928, Berane, Zeta Banovina, Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes – 27 December 2001, Podgorica, FR Yugoslavia)[1] was the President of the Executive Council of the Socialist Republic of Montenegro in 1978–1982. He was a member of the League of Communists of Montenegro.[2] He was Finance Minister of Yugoslavia from 1974 to 1978.
