Metrojet employs approximately 180 personnel, with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and Clark in the Philippines. Flight Operations are primarily focused on large and long-range business jets, which are registered to various aviation regulatory authorities and operated on a world-wide basis.

Metrojet has a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility in Hong Kong and Clark, Philippines. Metrojet HK MRO is a Hong Kong CAD 145 Maintenance Organization and a US FAA Certified Repair Station, it has numerous authority approvals from other countries and locations, including China, Macau, Thailand, Canada, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Isle of Man, San Marino and Aruba. Metrojet Clark MRO is a US FAA Certified Repair Station with authority approvals from the Philippines, Cayman Islands and Qatar.

Metrojet is building a state-of-the-art business aviation hangar facility to provide parking and maintenance services in Clark, the Philippines. The 7,000 m2 typhoon-proof hangar includes full aviation fire suppression protection, over 14,000 m2 of ramp space and 2,500 m2 of workshop and customer support space. The new facility is scheduled to commence operations in Q2 2020.

Metrojet assists the aircraft purchaser initially in connection with matters leading to and associated with aircraft registration, certification, inspection and delivery. Acting also as the turn-key flight department, Metrojet provides flight operations, flight crew, aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, aviation accounting, insurance and administration, pre-delivery assistance as well as on-demand charter services.

Metrojet HK MRO is Gulfstream Authorised Warranty Repair Facility and Bombardier Authorised Service Facility, is capable to provide Line and Base Maintenance services. The highly trained, qualified and experienced engineers have Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, GE and Honeywell aircraft engines and APU type ratings, it also has a 24/7 Quick Response team to support Aircraft-on-ground (AOG) situations throughout Asia pacific region.
