Manatsu no Tōriame

"Manatsu no Tōriame" (真夏の通り雨, lit. "Midsummer Shower") is a song by Japanese singer-songwriter Utada Hikaru. It was released digitally 15 April 2016, at the same as her other new single, "Hanataba o Kimi ni". The song is the theme to NTV's news show NEWS ZERO. The single is Utada's first release since 2012's Evangelion 3.0 theme song "Sakura Nagashi", along with "Hanataba o Kimi ni", and it marks her official comeback to Japanese music scene.
