Looc is a part of the city of Mandaue. Looc is the boundary of Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue City it was established in 1910.Of all barangay in Mandaue City it was the barangay who is between the sea.

Surrounded by Mactan Channel,Cabahug Sea. Looc has many major industries coming from Bohol, Leyte, etc. The Ouano Wharf which the ship is landing coming from Bohol, etc.
