List of public art in Los Angeles

This is a very small list of only nine public artworks in Los Angeles. Public Art in Public Places currently lists official data on more than 600 permanent public artworks in the City of Los Angeles (478 of which may also be in the Smithsonian Institution database as of 2011).[1], as well as thousands of public artworks in Southern California and Hawaii[2]

This list applies only to works of public art accessible in an outdoor public space. For example, this does not include artwork visible inside a museum.

Most of the works mentioned are sculptures. When this is not the case (i.e. sound installation, for example) it is stated next to the title.
