Notes
- (Conflicting reports) Megamall reclaimed the distinction with the opening of the Mega Fashion Hall which reportedly is 150,000 m². The Fashion Fall adds to the current mall area which reportedly measures 392,000 m² at that time. The combined area would be 542,000 m² based from the reported figures.[9] A later report by Rappler in November 2015 gives a smaller figure saying that Megamall is just 474,000 m² but still the largest at the time of the report.[12] SM City North EDSA reclaimed the title in December 2015 with a reported new area of 498,000 m²
