This is a List of prime ministers of Thailand by age. Where the person in question is still living, the longevity is calculated up to 7 August 2020.

Two measures of the longevity are given - this is to allow for the differing number of leap days occurring within the life of each Prime Minister. The first column is the number of days between date of birth and date of death, allowing for leap days; the second column breaks this number down into years and days, with the years being the number of whole years the Prime Minister lived, and the days being the remaining number of days after his/her last birthday.
If a Prime Minister served more than one non-consecutive term, the dates listed below are for the beginning of their first term, and the end of their final term.
The median age at which a Prime Minister first takes office is roughly 53 years and 322 days, which falls between Pote Sarasin and Chuan Leekpai. The oldest person to become Prime Minister was Samak Sundaravej, who became Prime Minister at the age of 72 years, 230 days. The youngest person to become Prime Minister was Seni Pramoj, who became Prime Minister at the age of 40 years, 114 days.
The oldest living Prime Minister is Thanin Kraivichien, born April 5, 1927 (aged 93 years, 124 days). The youngest living Prime Minister is Yingluck Shinawatra, born June 21, 1967 (aged 53 years, 47 days).
The longest lived Prime Minister was Prem Tinsulanonda, who lived to the age of 98 years, 273 days. Pote Sarasin was the second longest-lived Prime Minister, who lived to the age of 95 years, 187 days, 3 years and 84 days short of Tinsulanonda. Tinsulanonda surpassed Sarasin's lifespan on March 2, 2016. The oldest living Prime Minister, Thanin Kraivichien, will surpass Tinsulanonda if he lives beyond January 3, 2026. The shortest lived Prime Minister was Sarit Thanarat, who died in office at the age of 55 years, 175 days.
The Prime Minister with the longest retirement is Pote Sarasin. He left office on December 26, 1957, and died 42 years, and 277 days later on September 28, 2000. Thanin Kraivichien will surpass this record if he lives beyond July 23, 2020. The prime minister with the shortest retirement is Samak Sundaravej, who died on November 24, 2009, 1 year and 76 days after leaving office on September 9, 2008.

Oldest living Prime Ministers of Thailand
Not all prime ministers live to become the oldest of their time. Of the 18 deceased prime ministers, 8 eventually became the oldest of their time, while 10 did not. Pridi Banomyong became the oldest living prime minister when Plaek Phibunsongkhram died in 1964 and remained so until his death in 1983, for a record 18 years and 325 days. Sanya Dharmasakti became the oldest living prime minister after the death of Pote Sarasin, but he survived Sarasin by only 1 year and 96 days.
Sanya Dharmasakti was the oldest to acquire this distinction at the age of 93 years, and 176 days. Seni Pramoj, who was 92 years, and 63 days old when he died was the oldest prime minister to die without ever acquiring this distinction. Banharn Silpa-archa who died on April 23, 2016 is the most recent prime minister to die without ever acquiring this distinction.
