Kiliya Raion (Ukrainian: Кілійський район) is a raion (district) in Odessa Oblast of Ukraine. It is part of the historical region of Bessarabia. Its administrative center is the town of Kiliya. It's estimated population in 2015 was 52,730 (2015 est.)[1]. The small sector of the Danube Delta that lies in Ukraine lies partially in this raion.
