Kermanshah County

Kermanshah County (Persian: شهرستان کرمانشاه) is a county in Kermanshah Province in Iran, part of what is unofficially referred to as Iranian Kurdistan. The capital of the county is Kermanshah. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 950,400, in 235,408 families.[1] Majority of people in Kermanshah are Shia Muslims, and there are minorities such as Sunni Muslims, Yarsanism and so on.[2][3]
