Kamakhya Prasad Singh Deo

Kamakhya Prasad Singh Deo (born 6 August 1941), the scion of Dhenkanal, was a member of the 4th, 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th and 13th Lok Sabha of India. He was first elected to Lok Sabha in 1967 representing Swatantra Party.[1]

He represented the Dhenkanal constituency of Odisha and is a member of the Indian National Congress (Congress) political party. He was the president of the Orissa Pradesh Congress Committee.[2][3]

He was commissioned into Territorial Army in 1971 and was awarded Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM) in 1994.[4][5] He was ADC to the President of India.[6]. He is participating in the General Election 2019 as Dhenkanal candidate for the Indian National Congress.
