Kaká (footballer, born May 1991)
Everton Ferreira Guimarães or simply Kaká (born May 20, 1991) is a Brazilian footballer who plays for Portuguese club C.D. Nacional.

Club career
Kaká spent his early career in Brazil. Failing to stay with one club for more than a year, he left for Portugal, and signed with S.C.U. Torreense in 2011.
In 2015, Kaká signed for Mafra, and signed a new deal in September of the same year.[1]
