History

The station went on the air as KBRE-FM on 1978-07-31. On 2001-05-29, the station changed its call sign to KXBN. On 2006-09-01 to the current KCIN.[2]

These call letters were used from 1961 till 1995 in Victorville, California.

On January 1, 2020 the stations re-branded as 94.9 New Country.[3]
