Joris van Overeem

Joris van Overeem (born 1 June 1994) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for FC Utrecht in the Eredivisie.[1] He formerly played on loan for AZ and FC Dordrecht.

Career

Van Overeem was born in Amsterdam and joined AZ in 2006. On 30 October 2013, he made his professional debut for AZ in the KNVB Cup against Achilles '29. He replaced Jeffrey Gouweleeuw after 69 minutes and scored a goal in the 88th minute.
