Jasper Philipsen

Jasper Philipsen (born 2 March 1998) is a Belgian professional cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam UAE Team Emirates.[4] In July 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Tour de France.[5]
