Electoral history

Though established in August 2016, the party decided not to endorse any candidates in the general election that September. It has thus not contested any parliamentary seats.

They have announced that they intend to field candidates at the 2021 election.[4]

Local government

The party contested a handful of by-elections before picking up its first seat. Andrew Bentley is the first Green to have been elected, winning a seat on the Douglas Borough Council in a by-election.[1]
