through the US Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programme starting in 2020. However, the total number of vehicles to be procured is currently under review and a final figure is to be set up by June. EUR79 million (USD86 million) was allocated in 2019 to the revised Portuguese Military Programming Law for the acquisition

of JLTVs.[31]
