Central District (Khatam County)

The Central District of Khatam County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان خاتم‎) is a district (bakhsh) in Khatam County, Yazd Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 18,922, in 4,770 families.[1] The District has one city: Herat. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Chahak Rural District and Fathabad Rural District.
