Bill Waller (American football)
William Howell Waller (December 16, 1911 – September 25, 2007)[1] was an American football player and coach. He was the sixth head football coach at the Southern Illinois University Carbondale, serving for two seasons, from 1950 to 1951, and compiling a record of 3–14–1.[2]
