Aldy Bernard

Aldy María Bernard Bonilla (born 5 July 1995) is a Dominican model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Dominican Republic 2018. She represented Dominican Republic at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant.[1][2]

Personal life

Bernard was born and raised in Laguna Salada, Valverde. She works with the modelling agency named Ossygeno Models Management. She has graced the covers of a few coveted magazines like Oh! Magazine. She is fluent in both the languages of Spanish and English, she is an excellent Orator. She has a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication. She also recently graduated from Escuela Nacional de Locución Profesor Otto Rivera.

Miss Dominican Republic 2018

Bernard was crowned as Miss Dominican Republic 2018 on 26 August 2018 at the Gran Arena del Cibao, Santiago de los Caballeros. She succeeded outgoing Miss Dominican Republic 2017 Carmen Muñoz Guzmán.[3]

Miss Universe 2018

Bernard represented Dominican Republic at Miss Universe 2018 pageant in Thailand. But she was unplaced.
