  5. Izvoraş-67 Ratuş did not participate in 2009–10 Moldovan "A" Division season.
  6. FC Eikomena P.A. withdrew from the championship after the winter break and all their remaining matches were awarded 0-3 against them.
  7. FC Floreni retired from the championship. All results were annulated.[1]
