1949 Denver Pioneers football team

The 1949 Denver Pioneers football team was an American football team that represented the University of Denver in the Mountain States Conference (MSC) during the 1949 college football season. In its second season under head coach Johnny Baker, the team compiled a 4–6 record (2–2 against MSC opponents), finished third in the conference, and was outscored by a total of 214 to 192.[1]
