Wells-next-the-Sea is a village on the North Norfolk coast, part of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB)

The village is served by several roads. Located 30 miles NW of Norwich, 15 miles E of Hunstanton and 20 miles W of Cromer.

There are some local bus services. Sanders Coaches service 46 runs between Holt and Wells-next-the-Sea.

National Cycle Route 1. A loop of cycle path runs through the village, the main route running just Β½ mile to the S.

Norfolk Coast Path. A long distance footpath running from Hunstanton to Sea Palling but also linking to the Peddlars Way long distance footpath
