Fuji Yoshida is at the end of the Fujikyuko Line that branches of the JR network in Ōtsuki. There are a few direct trains from central Tokyo, but usually a change in Ōtsuki is required.

By bus

Regular buses go from Tokyo/Shinjuku Bus Station to Fujisan station.
