  • Namaskar (near Fuji station). Leaving the north side of Fuji station, take a left at Mr. Donut and then an immediate right. Across from "Last Restort" is a small hole-in-the-wall Indian restaurant. If you want an authentic and delicious taste of Indian food, this is the place! Menus are partially in English and the cook speaks some English if you get in trouble. The curry and nahn here is amazing! The samosas and tandoori chicken are also especially good. This place is really small, so parties of over 6 people might be difficult. You can also buy some jewelry or incense if you need it! ¥600-1500.

Drink

The Land of OZ bar is a great place to drink and interact with other foreigners from around the world. The only place catering to foreigners in the city, they have a variety of international beers, Australian wines, and good bar food like chicken wings and nachos. Its the only place in town to have Guinness on tap. Bring your iPod and play your own music while throwing a round of darts. Located just south of Fuji station.
